The next Common Ground Initiative Peer Learning Programme Workshop will be on Fundraising and Resource Mobilisation, and be held on Friday 14th October 2011, from 10.00 am – 4.00 pm, at NCVO, London.
Fundraising and resource mobilisation is one of those issues which seems to be a constant challenge for many of our organisations.
This workshop will look at fundraising from a strategic perspective, how to diversify your funding sources, and explore how fundraising links to other issues around how we plan, manage and exit our projects. We’ll think about how to fundraise well despite limits to our capacity. Participants will have the chance to learn from one another and take part in exercises which help them reflect on fundraising from a number of different perspectives.
We encourage anyone involved in fundraising in small and diaspora organisations to attend: whether staff, trustees or fundraising committee leads.
The workshop will be held at NCVO, Regent’s Wharf, 8 All Saints Street, London, N1 9RL, only 5-10 minutes walk from King’s Cross Station. See here for a map.
Please contact Zoe Wilkinson (firstname.lastname@example.org) to book a place at the workshop.
